Blog About Twitter

Compared to a Blackboard discussion, Twitter is significantly limited in characters, whereas Blackboard has unlimited character input. As such, the author of the post have to be a lot more succinct in getting his/her point across in Twitter, and not use flowery languages.

In an in-class discussion, it's a lot quicker and real compared to a Twitter blog. Immediately, a person listening to an in-class discussion can ask follow up questions or be able to identify parts where an argument doesn't make sense through the speaker's words and posture. In a Twitter blog, a person can remain anonymous and the source of the information can be untraceable.

  1. I never thought about Twitter in the sense of anonymity before. But then again, Blackboard discussions also allow for anonymity.
